Aquabat...
at the cutting edge of design and technology

The Aquabat trademark was officially presented in September 2007 during the 3rd Aquamar workshop that took place at the Hilton Hotel, in the fascinating port town of Portorosa, Sicily. The shipyard managed by Lucio Melita and Luigi Bertè, after a ten-year experience in the field of quality boats under 10 metres, has launched into a new adventure in the emerging sector of inflatable boats. It certainly is a big challenge, but we are certain we will make it and meet the obligations with our new big selling network and with European inflatable-boat enthusiast.
Aquabat by Aquamar Aquabat is therefore a specialised line of rubber dinghies for recreational boating and sports, which also aims at the markets of professional boating, assistance at sea and safety.
The first models launched on the market range from 5.75 to 7.80, with an intermediate model with a length of 7.40 (other two models 5.60 and 8.40 are already ready for the market).
These rubber dinghies put together the expertise of the three shipyards working with Aquamar at the creation of this unique boat line, with its great prestige and unmistakable design, where each detail is the expression of our sailing philosophy.
To be ahead of the market, of fashion and technology is already the rule of this new experience, where the quality of production processes, materials and labour forces are fundamental prerequisites.

Aquabat has the same sporting heart that beats in the Aquamar line, as well as the elegance resulting from the experience of the line Eolica Boat, which took Aquamar to a niche sector on the boat market, where full optional is standard.
New engineering for pre-pressed hulls; square prow to have more room on board; high-quality fabrics; guaranteed tubulars; perfect assemblage: these elements, together with the high-standard accessories, will turn the Aquabat rubber dinghies into something to admire, covet, possess, show off and have fun with. These inflatable boats can be used all around the year for yachting, diving, working and boating in the open sea, on lakes or rivers.

Today Aquabat is already a trademark that does not fear the international market and is sold on the Italian market through the big selling and assistance network of the mother company, spread throughout the country. In the future, the strategy of Aquabat will continue to focus on the production of boats characterised by quality and reliability, where style and care for the details are priority elements.

Why Aquabat

  • Because your rubber dinghy has to tell something about you, starting from its colour. This is why we chose white, the sum of all colours of the iris, a solar colour that makes you think of happy times, of a day of fun spent at sea.
  • Why Aquagek as a symbol of the line? It is a nice cross between a chameleon and a gecko. The chameleon is a versatile, functional animal that changes its colour to adjust to the environment. In this case it turns into a gecko, an animal that is the symbol of the Aeolian Islands, the beautiful archipelago located in front of our shipyard, a symbol of clean sea water, holidays ...beautiful women, a symbol that reminds of the sea and the sun.
  • Because the characteristics of the new materials are under guarantee of safety. Aquabat develops a series of innovative engineering and manufacturing processes that provide safety and comfort to every Aquabat boat.
  • Because they are sensible working means, ideal in the sectors of medical assistance and civil protection, assistance at sea, rescue and transportation, also under adverse circumstances.
  • Because they are perfect for excursions, nautical camping and tourism in general.

Quality

Each detail is the result of a careful functional analysis, of tests at sea, trials overstretched to the most challenging scenarios. Because handcrafted details are standard on each model and each boat manufactured by Aquabat has in itself all the expertise of people fond of the sea.
